1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gogo ph ("gogo ph", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at gogoph.win. By accessing or using the gogo ph platform — including registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the gogo ph platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where gogo ph identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by name, address, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, or any other identifying factor — gogo ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonus balances held therein, and, in cases of suspected abuse, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

3.3 Account Security

5. Bonuses & Promotions

gogo ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. gogo ph will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.

11. Privacy

gogo ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. gogo ph does not sell personal data to third parties.

12. Amendments to Terms

gogo ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority under whose framework gogo ph operates.
